Posting restrictions on this mailing list (for spam control)?

Am I the only person who's tired of all of the spam on this mailing list? Why is this mailing list not set up so that only subscribers to the list can post to it? This has been standard mailing list procedure for several years now. Ross. __

Does anyone know of any miniPCI wireless LAN cards that support "wi" in "hostap" mode? I thought I had struck gold with the Xterasys XG-600 card, because it uses a "PRISM GT" chipset, but it appears that "wi" doesn't support that particular PRISM chipset at all. Any other candidates?

What is the reason for the sudden flood of spam on several FreeBSD mailing lists? Do these lists no longer require that senders be subscribed to the list? Or are legitimate senders' computers infected with a virus that is sending the spam in their names? Ross. __
