Hi,
I'm looking to upgrade a frame relay connection, currently implemented in a
Soekris box with a Sangoma A101 card, running 5.x and Sangoma's Wanpipe.
Sangoma seem to have ditched FreeBSD support for Wanpipe, and I can't see a
driver in FreeBSD 9.
I'm looking at using ng_frame_relay. Does an
st need to know if it fixes your ESB2 problem, but sanity testing on
BOTH drivers
would be most appreciated. I would really like this checked into 7.1 ASAP.

Hi Jack,

Hi Jack,
Thanks for the reply.
Is there a workaround, or something I can merge myself? If not, any idea on
when it might make it in?
Thanks,
Jan

There is no management card in this particular machine, and em0 on the same
motherboard is fine. I can see a few similar problems in the archives, but
I don't see a definitive solution. The same machine runs fine with 6.3-p1.
Dmesg below.
Any suggestions?

hives, people seem generally happy with Sangoma, but
I can't find much on the Tahoe cards and FreeBSD. The software for the
Tahoe cards is significantly simpler than the Sangoma Wanpipe stuff.
What are the general experiences of these cards? Is anyone actually using
the Tahoe cards?
Thanks,
