Hi, I had this exact same problem and tracked it down to IPv6. Exactly what the issue was with IPv6 I don't know, but as I didn't need it I just turned it off in the kernel and that solved the problem. I should get around to submitting a pr but I haven't had a great deal of time... besides it wo
