This is also easily reproducible on stable/12, within a QEMU/KVM VM:
# ifconfig vmx0 up
# pkt-gen -i vmx0
[CRASH]
It's a bug related to the DMA code within iflib (on the receive side).

we might be dealing with two(or more) distinct bugs here.
in my case ipv4 forwarding is enabled (net.inet.ip.forwarding=1)

Hello,
Just to add we haven't seen a crash for 28 days. We have switched out IpSec for
OpenVPN.
The issue looks to be fairly conclusively IpSec related.
