Hi!
I'm building new router using 8.2-PRERELEASE containing new igb(4) driver.
I use SuperMicro SuperServer 5016T-MTFB based on X8STi-F motherboard
with add-on Intel Gigabit ET Dual Port Server Adapter in PCIe slot.
pciconf -lv shows:
i...@pci0:3:0:0:class=0x02 card=0xa03c8086 chip=0

Sorry, you're right: I forgot I don't have my tunnel setup so there's no
external IPv6 connectivity (I don't have an IPv6 network configured at
the moment at all)

Running a system on the latest 8-stable as a router we are seeing the
following panic: http://pastebin.com/AJzXmEWe
Kernel is as follows:
include GENERIC
ident ROUTER
options SW_WATCHDO
And why don't you use the driver in 7.4 PRERELEASE (2.0.7) and eliminate any
inevitable questions about fixes you don't have.

I don't recall the exact particulars of the setup, I'm sorry.

The mesh code is really a proof of concept. It definitely needs
someone to actually sit down and use it, then document all of the
things that aren't working.
I tried it for about 5 minutes and discovered that although it seems
to basically work, MAC addresses migrating from wired<->wireless
didn't
