Hello!
I have problem with aliases after upgrade to 4.6-STABLE. I can not assign
aliases on any interface:
# ifconfig cx0
cx0: flags=8051 mtu 1500
inet xxx.xx.xx.182 --> xxx.xx.xx.181 netmask 0xfffc
# ifconfig cx0 alias xxx.xx.xx.179 netmask 0x xxx.xx.xx.181
ifconfig: ioct

This is very nifty:
http://www.linksys.com/products/product.asp?grid=31&prid=402
It is a 10/100 USB ethernet adaptor, but as you can see it is simply a USB
"key" - no cables or dongles.
Has anyone gotten this to work under FreeBSD ? I would like to think it
uses the same linksys USB adaptor t

Hello,
I am trying to write a small program in C that just outputs the IP
address of an arbitrary network interface (like ifconfig, but only the
address). The problem is, I don't know how I can determine the address
and my programming experience is too limited in order to fully
