We are working to get the PCL reference assemblies relicensed under MIT to
allow redistribution and avoid these gymnastics.

On FreeBSD it shold be:
/usr/local/lib/mono/xbuild-frameworks/.NETPortable/
If you use current ports version of mono (4.2.3)
