Jail Resource Limits (7.1-REL)

So, after some googling, I discovered http://wiki.freebsd.org/JailResourceLimits, which is great, except it's for RELENG_6, and I run 7.1-RELEASE. Is there an existing solution I can use that is similar to this? I really, REALLY like this patch's functionality, and would love to use it on my jail
