I am trying, rather unsuccessfully, to install 5.3 on my libretto. I
am attempting to do the install with slattach to a 5.2.1 machine. I
have done this successfully before so I am assuming I have the
semantics screwy somewhere.
box1# slattach -a -h -l -s 38400 /dev/cuaa0
box1# ifconfig sl0 up
work_interfaces="sl0 tun0 lo0"
ifconfig_sl0="inet 10.0.0.2 255.255.255.0"
defaultrouter="10.0.0.1"
Create these identical files on both macines:
/etc/start_if.sl0
slattach -l -c -h -s 115200 /dev/ttyd1 slattach -l -c -h -s 115200
/dev/ttyd1
Rebooted - and nothing work
