unionfs 'locking against myself'

Hi, I just updated my livecd to 6.2-RELEASE. The kernel source is clean, i haven't patched it in any way. The thing is i'm getting kernel panics when mounting unionfs over a read-only media and running a system chrooted to this unionfsed directory. The kernel panics at the same point everyt
