I have been trying to get a Logitech Cordless Desktop to work with
FreeBSD without success.
The cordless desktop consists of:
1) Cordless Keyboard model number Y-RE20
2) Cordless Mouse model number M-RR63
3) RF Receiver for Keyboard and Mouse model number C-BD9-DUAL

For academic reasons, I was poking around with the idea of getting
information about my monitor (vendor, capabilites, etc.) and it
looks like the magic buzzords for doing do (with compliant hardware)
is via DDC (or is it EDID?) info.
Current versions of XFree86 can do it on my hardware; I wanted
