I installed Eclipse from 'pkg_add -r eclipse' on a freeBSD 8.2 and can run my
application from within Eclipse (v3.6.2) without issue. But when I tried to
"Export" an Eclipse product, it did not create an executable in the
destination directory. If I check "Export for multiple platform", I don't

on freeBSD but am relatively new to Java and Eclipse.)
After a Java program that compiles and runs fine within Eclipse on freeBSD
and is ready to get deployed. What is the most common approach to install it
and run outsi
Could you get more details on how to export it as a ruinable jar from
Eclipse? I tried "Export product" wizard but that didn't seem to work.
