noto-tc seems unreasonably large to include by default

With regard to https://lists.freebsd.org/archives/dev-commits-ports-main/2022-December/043408.html could someone please create a minimal set of fonts that solve the problem please? I'm not sure why we need 380MB of fonts to solve, presumably, a PDF build which likely only uses one or two of them.
