I noticed that https://docs.freebsd.org/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/committers-guide/index.html still has the Subversion Primer, while the copy at https://docs.freebsd.org/en/articles/committers-guide/ has the updated Git version of the docs. Is there some extra work needed for the en_US.ISO8859-
