I've been alerted in #freebsd/freenode to the fact that a user had issues with
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/book.pdf.bz2,
in which he'd only see # after extracting and opening the file with
SumatraPDF.
