I just noticed while testing a change today, that there's a warning
of a missing layout file for the calendar.
Am I right in thinking that it was introduced after
007011c9ef7837e306 by carlavilla?

the issue is that FreeBSDs manual page archive takes up
over 10GB when compressed, so working with it in any aspect isn't
necessarily easy. ;)
