REL 10.3 has no md5 checksum

I see differences between previous releases of FreeBSD and the new 10.3 release dealing with the ftp download sites. The path has changed. The MD5 checksum files are missing. There is a new .xz suffix on the end of some .iso files. Didn't see anything about this in the Release notes. https://ww
