Actually, Jack is a perfect fit for subpackaging, because enabling it only
produces an additional .so module and the amount of BUILD_DEPENDS it pulls in
is quite small.

special configuration since JACK won't be used by default; it will continue to
use OSS (or whatever the user configured in PA's
