that gives a kue0: failed to load code segment error message

This laptop has a couple of problems with FreeBSD-CURRENT
of about 1999/12/22 12:00 UTC.
The system hangs with the disk drive light on.

In my attempt to make a cdrom to install 5.0-CURRENT-2818
I stumbled across a problem with the fixit floppy.
The /dev/MAKEDEV acd0 created 209 entries. The fixit floppy
only starts out with some 382. So the fixit floppy fails to be
properly populated with executables.
