We could modify rc.network by adding a & to the dhclient row, but we are
looking for a more efficient way.
Can an optional flag be added (configurable in rc.conf)?

I've adviced the maintainer a week ago, but he said that he has not
encuntered the problem. A little workaround:
# make AUTOMAKE=automake14
(or what's your automake's binary name)
