Luckily, "zpool import -FX" as suggested herein did after a while (60-80
minutes) the trick!
There might be some data losses - but compared to the alternative bareable.

Had the same problem here a couple of days ago.
Host's kernel and jail's/client's binaries are out of sync. I had to
synchronise the jail's
binaries.
