Seems Microsoft SMTPSVC for the mail.
You can try sending an email to your account from a hotmail account to prove ;)
Or you could use something like Network Engines servers and AdminEngine that
have built in out-of-band management...even if the main OS loses its lunch,
you can still reach the machine (including power cycling, temp. detection,
etc.).
