This is 100% identical to my panic.
My system is a dual athlon/2G system too.

I've gotten this two days in a row (but wasn't configured to get a core
dump the 1st day):
kernel.debug + vmcore + src tree available to trusted individuals.
Sources are from Sat Dec 21 11:00 PST 2002.
