AMD not running

My amd wont run... log says: Nov 14 16:35:04 twoflower amd[758]/fatal: unable to register (AMQ_PROGRAM=300019, AMQ_VERSION, tcp) Nov 14 16:35:04 twoflower amd[758]/info: Finishing with status 3 amd is still running as process but doing nothing... and of course amq isnt doing anything... And so
