r274300 is very dangerous for merging to stable/10. Can you try this patch
instead? It disables LLE operations for tunneling interfaces, and therefore

@Allan: In my case there was no previous major upgrade. These servers were
initially installed with 9.2-RELEASE and the step to 10.1-RELEASE was the first
major upgrade.

Try to run this program more than one time (~8-10 run). I'm able to
reproduce this error on a Haswell based system, but there are no core
dump, only a stacktrace.
