Since this is a fresh installed 8.1, I just found that there is no
perl in the system.
But there is also error when building perl, shown as below:
Cleaning current config before rebuilding Makefile...
make -f Makefile.old clean > /dev/null 2>&1
../../miniperl "-I../../lib" "-I../../lib" Makefile.P
