Did that, and got a dmesg.boot. I also was able to get a dmesg.boot from a soft
reboot with SMP enabled, which I'll also attach.

Hmm, a panic without ACPI due to not finding APIC should be deterministic.
When ACPI is disabled, we use the MP Table to enumerate APICs. If the table is
missing, you will get that panic, if the table
