Further Update:
Updated BIOS to version 18.01. Redownloaded Freebsd boot_only versions 13.4,
13.5, 14.2, 14.3 and 15.0.
Happy to report that each version tested booted correctly.

Further Update.
I have tested all FreeBSD boot only iso usb images in particular
FreeBSD-15.0-CURRENT-amd64-20250227-8a85584785e3-275712-bootonly.iso
with no success.

Further Update:
I have since updated the BIOS to 16.01 and today to 16.02 with no change in the
boot freeze. I also note that the nic is failing with an invalid checksum
message.

Further to this bug report, I had the latest BIOS 14.02 for the board installed
before I upgraded the CPU and I reflashed the same BIOS version after the CPU
upgrade with no change in boot freeze
