Yes, this behavior is observed in the shell. For example in the Nano editor the
keys work correctly.
As for the keyboard, it is the built-in keyboard of an old Acer Aspire V5-471PG

Appendix:
By pressing the "PrintScreen" key, the tty are switched sequentially, namely:
ttyv0 > ttyv1 > ttyv2 > ttyv3 > ttyv4 > ttyv5 > ttyv6 > ttyv7. Then the key
does nothing.
