Loading t4_tom and cxgbei from /etc/rc.conf fixes the panic for me. However,
it does not fix bug #272924 .

I reverted to GENERIC and loading the modules, but still see the hang/stall...

Thanks, Navdeep, loading t4_tom from rc.conf eliminates the panic. This is how
I used to load it, but recently I had moved it to loader.conf.

Another data point: If I enable "toe" on 13.2-STABLE on an otherwise default
configured interface the system doesn't crash, but it does go into a mode where

One more point, I get the same panic when using default MTU size of 1500
whenever I add the "toe" option...

I should add, I believe when using toe in the recent past week or two rather
than crash the mount would succeed, but a find in the mount point would show a
few tens of files and then just hang indefinitel
