FYI. If drm-kmod on 12-stable supports video card located on your laptop, you
may want to add CometLake PCI IDs to I2C driver to get touchpad working under
X.

It turns out the KBDC_QUIRK_KEEP_ACTIVATED is the problem. The keyboard works
fine with the other quirks on.

I compiled 12.2 kernel with r307468 reverted and the keyboard now functions
correctly.
