I found a workaround that seems to be working for me. I set powerd_flags to "-M
100" (minimum frequency 100) to prevent it from going to idle. 2 days uptime so
far from not getting through the day.

Hey all, not sure what to include, it's the first time I report a problem.
It seems like I have the same problem as reported in Bug 196468. If I run
powerd my system does random reboots.
OS: 10.1-RELEASE-p6
