Correction: It should always say "/boot/fonts" (plural) instead of "/boot/font"
in the description above.
Furthermore, /boot/fonts only contains:
[0]# ls /boot/fonts
10x18.fnt.gz12x24.fnt.gz

Confirmed. I had done so since the comments at the top of /etc/termcap seemed
to imply it was necessary, but it seems not.
