Please file a new bug for that one, but that sounds like you have a mixed
libc++ version. __string was removed as a file and added as a directory, so it
not existing as a file is correct, but string_vi

Don't know about the submitter, but I still have to restart ntpd manually after
every reboot on all the servers I manage (13.2).
