This is certainly a problem with the ZFS kernel module. But, a workaround in
poudriere a) will provide temporary relief while b) illustrating the problem.

I should also mention that it never happens when poudriere-bulk -j1 is run.
Only when multiple jails are used. It's likely that two jails are being created

I'm using a custom kernel. I removed all device drivers except those needed to
boot. Then, NICs are included in loader.conf. Each machine is different since
