I've not seen that panic before.
It's indeed related to pfsync. pfsyncintr() is in pfsync's output path, and it
seems to be in the process of sending a packet out, during which ip_fragment()
ends up

I don't know if it's relevant, but this system is a backup firewall at this
time, when it panics.

I just tried with a the 14-current snapshot of 2022-12-01 and I get about
30MB/s with dc3dd wipe on a 100GB volume.
