Maybe I should add the setup I use. Didn't think it would matter, but I should
anyway:

I take the 13.1 iso, extract it, add installerconfig (and uncomment the line in

I've checked the similar case I have (cannot ezjail-admin delete -w on 12.x and
13.x) with fstat to see if it would give more clues than lsof. No change there.
