The VM is running on host with Windows 10 with Virtualbox 6.1.34.
The virtual machine is allocated 6 CPU core and 2 GB RAM.

It produces tests for assembling the kernel and the world.
After installing the new kernel and world, the commands were made:

atm I just used ETIMEDOUT as a close approximation. QUIC picks 62, or 101,
depending on the OS.

I'm looking at porting a QUIC library, https://github.com/microsoft/msquic
which amongst other Linuxisms, also wants ETIME. Is there any preferred
way to accommodate this for a port-specific patch?

I reverted ( or made the safe leap ) over to 13.1 RELEASE in order to
just get the machine working. Which it is. However I can always swap
