Yes, it possibe problem related to disk. We have 8 servers Supermicro X10DRW-i,
4 of them are with HGST HUS722T1TALA604 and another 4 with ТOSHIBA DT01ACA100
MS2OA750 HDDs. All of them use to be installed near

loader.efi assumes rootdev is never set and always generates its own. That's

It seems that with this patch the ARC still grows until the system starts to
swap again.
"swapoff -a" results in "swapoff: /dev/mirror/swap: Cannot allocate memory"
In 11.1 this used to work.
