Ok, finally I have a half-solution. Just disable sha256 from racoon's phase2
(sainfo) configuration, and Android won't crash FreeBSD with its broken IKEv1
implementation.

I've rebuilt with IPSEC_DEBUG enabled. The only error unique to Android
clients is this:

After more tests, I think the kqueue related backtrace from earlier might just
be a symptom of something much stranger. Is it possible the IPSec stack is
overwriting kernel memory?
