Hey all, not sure what to include, it's the first time I report a problem.
It seems like I have the same problem as reported in Bug 196468. If I run
powerd my system does random reboots.

What platform / ahci controller are you running if this is SB7x0/SB8x0/SB9x0
then r278034 should help. It was merged to stable/10 by r279918
