[fprint] Error fp_driver_supports_imaging

Good morning, I am getting the following error /home/pi/biometria/venv/lib/python3.7/site-packages/ fprint.cpython-37m-arm-linux-gnueabihf.so: undefined symbol: fp_driver_supports_imaging, I think it is the python version, i'm using a digital persona 4500 on a raspberry pi. Thank you very much in
