[fpc-pascal] array of const and longword

I've got a routine that takes an "array of const" argument, then loops through the arguments looking at args[i].vtype and and doing something based on the VType value of each argument. Works like a charm. However, I've noticed that while there's a vtInteger type, a vtInt64 type, and a vtQWord type
