for me (Lithuania/Europe) all works.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ ping -c 10 -q www.freepascal.org

10 packets transmitted, 10 received, 0% packet loss, time 9036ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 203.87
Works for me (Opera 9.62).

I can't arrive the URL
http://www.freepascal.org
since yesterday evening! Is there a problem with the web server?
I test it with epiphany, iceweasel, konqueror and wget. After a request,
all applications wait for an answer but doesn't get some stuff :-(
The host is pingable:
