I’m trying to avoid using Lazarus because the last few times I tried to compile

I am trying to compile this with a stock installation of FPC 3.0.4 for windows…
which does not have 64bit.. it only installs i386-win32 and then there is a
cross compiler for x86_64-win64
I started with the zip file at:

The Lazarus team is glad to announce the release of Lazarus 2.0.4.
This release was built with FPC 3.0.4.
The previous release Lazarus 2.0.2 was built with FPC 3.0.4 as
well.
