FPC 3.0 Introduces a new $mode : DelphiUnicode, which assumes string =
UnicodeString. I'm trying to use this mode and I can't find where RTL string
functions for this mode are located. For example, strutil.pas has only
variants for string = ShortString and string = AnsiString.

The problem is solved. Actually, I didn't know that, in my Linux,
sharable libraries are only accessible from /usr/lib.
As I was trying to access a lib in another directory, Libreoffice was
not able to find it.

FYI, apparently FPC works with MIPS through cross-compiling but
Lazarus does not, based on this:
