Unfortunately work has made it hitherto impossible to be as active as I wished to be in this forum. I have just been looking at the release documents and I can see no support for or reference to Linux. Actually there are a fair few though not in the ranks of Win/Mac, the runtime issue has meant that I've had to run a virtual Windows machine to test stuff I would like to give this a run to see how it works in FDT 5.6 for Linux. An official Apache release is a source code distribution. There is no official support for building Flex from sources on Linux as a couple of tools like Pixel Bender Toolkit are not available on Linux. You are more than welcome to take the binary distribution and the various repackaging scripts

If you search the email list for 'FABridge', 'Automation',... as I have, you will find that it is not clear as to what is where in the email trail. The best way to resolve all this is for Alex/Carol to identify what on the list is at which point we can update the survey: 1) included in 4.8 2)
