Thanks Sudhir!
Once I have someone confirm that they have installed the .dmg on a Mac, I
will go ahead and push an updated build (0.7.12)

+1
Also, the Spoon people might want to consider embedding/linking this
tool, as they are the community advocates!

Hi,
I Just tested it on MacOS Lion and it worked out of the box!
Very good work. I think the install badge should go somewhere on the official
website so that people find it easily.
Cheers,
Toby
Hi,
Forgot to say that was on OSX. Updating tested and working on OSX Lion.

Hi,

Yep got "new version (0.7.13) is available".
Update installed as expected. Well done!
On launching again didn't ask for update and version was 0.7.13 in log.
Minor things I'd change:
Style/colour of the yes/no buttons from
Yay! Thanks to everyone who tested this.

Can you make sure you completely quit the app and load it again? I guess
just closing the window and opening it does not count as 'exiting' the app?

I agree with that, clicking on the yes button again after it started
downloading makes it start downloading it again without cancelling the
first one.

It worked perfectly for me too (win7 x64). Om could it:
1) disable yes/no once it's downloading the bits?
2) eventually make the popup as a native window?

Hi, Om:
The update worked for me too(OS: Windows 7 32bit), there is a little problem
with the update UI though, the progressBar doesn't move smoothly :)
also checked the install log, shows "Version 0.7.13 (windows)"

Done.
Justin
The update worked for me (Windows 7 64bit).
But, after clicking "Yes", while the download was in progress, the
buttons "Yes" and "No" were still visible (below "Do you want to
download the update?"). I think they should be hidden after clicking
on "Yes".

Great, thanks folks!
I have now pushed an update - version 0.7.13 for Windows alone. Windows
users can close the app and open it again to see if auto-update works.
Mac users - you might see an 'update available' window, but the version
will be the same. So dont try to update for now.

Done on OSX. I got 0.7.12 actually.
You also get a nice error message if you try and install it twice. ie "same
version exists"
Justin
Clarifying my earlier mail, the Windows and Mac builds with version
*0.7.12*have been pushed for now. The next update will be
*0.7.13*.
Here are the steps to test for both Windows and Mac.
1. On a browser, navigate to:
