So being that I'm a new PPMC member, I am not sure what the exact protocol is for things such as placing my vote. Do I always have to add (binding) next to my +/- 1s? I keep forgetting to, and want to know if I have to or not, I just want to "play by the rules" here, maybe I can get some guidance
