Actually I have a complete web conferencing solution (including screen
sharing) that is already open source, someone is interested to help me to
create a new Apache Flex based solution?

Quick note about the "small steps"... What's about doing first a release
and then discuss things that make sense?
I don't see a great benefit in targeting javascript, I read a lot about
OOP in javascript and the most I read the most I believe that it's not the
way to use or think to it.

I agree to, make more sense using a style rather than controlling the
cursor with a 'global' property for all the buttons and it's true a change
in the buttonMode property can impact other components.
